Where underperformance or additional support is identified, student will be suggested for the RAP (Raising Achievement Programme) which is built around our philosophy inspire, believe achieve.

Once identified students are supported through a programme facilitated by the Local Enterprise Partnership. The programme is designed to inspire, guide and support Y10 and Y11 students around the next steps in their career journey, through a series of exciting site visits to local employers and education providers. At the end of the programme, we aim for students to have a broader understanding of the opportunities available to them in the area and to have helped them identify and develop some of the key skills employers are looking for, as well as set some tangible goals for their next steps.
