HR Advisor
The Learning Alliance is looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Advisor to work as part of the Central HR team, supporting the 8 schools in the Trust. The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive, efficient and accessible integrated HR service that supports Headteachers and line managers. As HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of a small and busy team, and will be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills with a passion for working with people, as you will be interacting with colleagues at all levels on a daily basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new Human Resources team supporting a newly merged Multi-Academy Trust as HR Advisor.
The hours of work are 30 per week, worked over 5 days, for 39 weeks per year (term time plus one week). The post is Grade 5 and the pro-rata salary is £13,196 – £14,994.

Teacher of History
The Oaks Academy is seeking to appoint a creative, enthusiastic classroom teacher to deliver History across all abilities at Key Stage 3 and 4.
The successful candidate will have an affinity with young people and be outward thinking in their approach to teaching and learning with the enthusiasm to develop this subject. This post offers an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience in teaching across all abilities at these key stages as part of the core curriculum. Pastoral Manager
The Oaks Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and highly effective individual to join our dedicated Pastoral Team. You will be working alongside professional and positive colleagues to help improve the attendance, behaviour and progress of our students. This is a challenging role and you will be faced with varying scenarios on a daily basis so should ideally possess the relevant experience required for this role. In addition to relevant experience, we are looking for someone who can be a role model, work alongside senior leaders in the Academy, has great communication skills, can manage a diverse workload and liaise effectively with external agencies. Teaching Assistant 1-1 Support
The Oaks Academy is seeking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to provide 1-1 support for named students. Working closely with the teaching staff, and other teaching assistants, supporting with the delivery of learning activities, and work programmes, including the preparation of materials and resources. You will support and encourage students to develop their skills and knowledge, and give general guidance within and outside of the classroom. We want to hear from anyone who has the skills and experience to effectively support our students. The role is demanding but rewarding. High expectations for all the children are essential as is the ability to demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills. The role requires effective communication and teamwork skills.
