The Oaks Academy recently hosted a Mock Interview Day for all Year 11 pupils. Business leaders from our local community were happy to volunteer to create realistic and challenging mock interviews. Alongside them, subject specific experts from South Cheshire College were also invited. A professional atmosphere was created with pupils wearing suitable interview dress, and looking extremely smart and business like.

Pupils were extremely positive. They felt that the experience was very beneficial, both in giving them preparation skills, and in improving their interview techniques.
